Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Delivery Time After your order ships, expect it to arrive within 8–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs or carrier delays outside of our control.

Total Estimated Time From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, you're looking at roughly 9–15 business days in most cases.

Order Cancellations You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you have an issue with a shipped order, reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.
